Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Kestrel Hotel. These Terms and Conditions govern your stay and the use of our services. By making a reservation, you agree to comply with the policies outlined below

We do not have a front desk, we are a contactless, invisible service accomodation.

1. Reservations and Payment Policy

To ensure your stay is secured, we require a valid payment method on file for all bookings.

Payment Schedule:

• At Booking: A non-refundable $1.00 verification fee is charged immediately to confirm your reservation and validate your payment method.

• 7 Days Prior to Arrival: The remaining balance of the total reservation cost will be automatically charged to the card on file.

• Failed Payments: If the remaining balance cannot be collected 7 days prior to check-in, Kestrel Hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without further notice.

• An automatic $100 hold will be charged on the day of check in to all reservations for the purpose of incidentals. All holds will be released following check out. Depending on the guest's bank, it can take up to 7 business days for this to appear.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before check-in: Eligible for a full refund of the balance (excluding the $1 booking fee).

• Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in: Eligible for a 50% refund of the total reservation cost.

• No-shows: No-shows or cancellations made the day before arrival are non-refundable.

3. Guest Conduct and Quiet Hours

To ensure a peaceful experience for all guests in our boutique environment, we strictly enforce the following:

• Parties: Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

• Noise Complaints: Any noise complaints received during quiet hours will be taken seriously. Guests found in violation may be subject to immediate dismissal from the property without a refund.

4. Pet Policy

Kestrel Hotel is proud to be pet-friendly.

• Notification: Guests must inform the hotel at the time of booking (or prior to arrival) if a pet will be accompanying them.

• Pet Fee: A flat fee of $50.00 will be applied to all reservations involving a pet to cover specialized cleaning.

• Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pets.

5. Additional Services

We strive to make your stay in Philadelphia exceptional. Additional services (such as early check-ins, late check-outs, parking, mid stay cleanings, recomendations) are available upon request. Please contact email, text or call us prior to your arrival to coordinate these services. Additional fees may apply.

6. Liability

Kestrel Hotel is not responsible for the loss of money, jewelry, or valuables. We are also not liable for any injuries sustained on the property. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the room or hotel property during their stay.
